Co’design developed a Master Plan for the East Wildlife Foundation at San Antonio Viejo Ranch — a 148,000 acre historic ranch property in South Texas.
The objective was to provide a road-map for long-term development that respects San Antonio Viejo Ranch’s cultural heritage as one of the largest and most distinguished cattle operations in the world and the East Wildlife Foundation’s contemporary mission: to support wildlife conservation and other public benefits of ranching and private land stewardship. The Master Plan focuses on a 640 acre area that includes historic structures /landscapes, the Ranch’s cattle operation, and research facilities.
